To form part of the Family Team running a caseload of Family / Matrimonial matters
Hours of work
Full time—9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Department purpose
The department deals with the full range of Private Family Law matters. No legal aid.
Job Description
- To manage a caseload of Family Law matters including divorce / dissolution, financial remedy, cohabitee disputes, pre and post-marital agreements, private law children matters & Family Law Act injunctions.
- To meet agreed financial targets
- To make cross-referrals to other teams when appropriate
- To provide a high level of client care and satisfaction

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
