Aletta Shaw is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our busy Wills and Probate department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to become part of a dynamic team, providing high-quality legal services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of wills, probate, and estate planning matters.
- Advising clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, and probate.
- Handling probate applications and estate administration.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of wills, probate, and estate planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
