About
Rebekah began her career as a data analyst in the finance and energy sectors before making the decision to pivot into Human Resources to pursue a more people-focused path. Since then, she has gained hands-on HR experience at a law firm in Tunbridge Wells and is now excited to be part of the Aletta Shaw team. As HR Coordinator, Rebekah supports Simon with recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day employee engagement, helping to create a positive and supportive work environment.
