Aletta Shaw’s dedicated property law team is based in our Bexleyheath office and provides conveyancing services to Kent and South East London. The team have expertise in residential and commercial conveyancing ranging from the sale of the family home to much larger corporate acquisitions. At Aletta Shaw, the person who will have primary responsibility for all your property work will be a solicitor or a licensed conveyancer. This is not always the case in other legal practices. Clients of some firms are told that their work is being carried out by a ‘lawyer’. Many people are not aware that the general term ‘lawyer’ does not necessarily mean that person actually holds any legal qualifications.

I came in to the Bexleyheath branch of this firm for a statutory declaration my work place needed.The lady lawyer was polite and asked to see ID and the declaration,then she witnessed me signing it and put a stamp.Best bit it cost only £5.The office environment is clean and very calming and they reply to email enquires quickly.ild definitely use them when i need legal representation.

I would recommend Aletta Shaw solicitors to ANYONE with a problem - in particular SAMIR MOFTAH who dealt with my TFL case. My situation was worsened in dealing with another solicitor previously in relation to a TFL fare evasion matter. The previous solicitors has pretty much given up after a response from TFL but then we approached ALLETA SHAW- Samir Moftah. After just 1 meeting he had given me confidence through a clear and practical plan of how we can approach the case. I was very worried and couldn’t think straight but he helped me along the way by always being there for any questions. Absolute legend in my and my family’s eyes !!! The one advice I will tell everyone is - FOLLOW WHAT HE SAYS. Trust me he knows what to do. He’s pretty much saved me with 1 day to go to court with a formal warning from the TFL. Emilia was fantastic too with always being there on the other end of the phone to answer any questions and assured me the case is being taken of. Tfl case went on for 6 months but Samir and his team managed to turn around the prosecution decision with 24 hrs to go to court. Thanks Aletta Shaw for saving my future. Will always be indebted to your help.
